Grazing Boards & More, LLC is a mobile charcuterie business based in Baytown, Texas, dedicated to delivering elegant and delicious food experiences for every occasion. From intimate gatherings to large celebrations, we specialize in creating visually stunning and flavorful charcuterie displays that leave lasting impressions.


Founded by Marilyn Portier, a creative visionary with over 35 years of artistic passion, the business was born from a love of crafting and a desire to turn simple ingredients into edible art. Each board is thoughtfully designed using high-quality ingredients, ensuring every bite is as delightful as it looks.

Meet the Founder

Hi, I’m Marilyn Portier, the founder of Grazing Boards & More, LLC. I’ve always considered myself a creative and hands-on person, and for over 35 years, I’ve found joy in crafting and bringing ideas to life. A couple of years ago, I created my first charcuterie board, and what started as something simple quickly turned into a true passion.


At the beginning of this year, I decided to fully embrace that passion and start creating charcuterie experiences for others. Even though each board takes time, effort, and attention to detail, I genuinely love the process and the happiness it brings to people. For me, it’s not just about food—it’s about creating something beautiful that people can enjoy together.


Every board I design is made with care, creativity, and a personal touch. I take pride in making each setup unique, ensuring it reflects the occasion and leaves a lasting impression. My goal is to provide not just a service, but an experience—one that feels special, thoughtful, and unforgettable.
